The Brief

Doc & Mark makes premium handcrafted leather footwear. They had a product worth showcasing but a website that wasn't doing it justice. The brief: build an e-commerce experience that matches the premium feel of the product and converts visitors into buyers.

What We Built

  • A product-forward homepage that leads with the craftsmanship and story of the footwear

  • A streamlined checkout flow optimised to reduce abandonment — fewer steps, clear trust signals
