Our Approach

• Designed a project proposal template that showcases past work through generous imagery while presenting the specific scope, timeline and investment clearly
• Created a company brochure that communicates the studio's design philosophy, portfolio and process to potential clients
• Used a refined, minimal layout that lets the interior photography do the talking — the design doesn't compete with the work being shown
• Developed reusable templates that D4 Homes can populate for each new pitch
