Meta Ads + Google Ads experience required. You'll own campaign strategy across 10+ clients.
About the role
You’ll lead paid media strategy across our entire performance roster β Meta Ads, Google Ads, occasionally LinkedIn and YouTube. You’ll set the strategy, manage budgets, and own results. We’ve managed βΉ8 Cr+ in ad spend β this role steers a meaningful chunk of that.
What you’ll do
- Own paid campaigns across 10+ active clients
- Build full-funnel campaign architectures: awareness β consideration β conversion β retention
- Manage monthly budgets from βΉ50K to βΉ15L per client
- Set up tracking (Pixel, GA4, conversion API) and report on what’s working
- Run A/B tests on creative, audiences and offers
- Brief the creative team on what ads to build, based on data
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years running Meta Ads + Google Ads professionally
- Track record of campaigns with clear ROAS / CPA improvements
- Comfortable with GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion API, UTM tracking
- Strong numbers brain β can read a dashboard and spot the story
- Can write a media plan and defend it to a client
