About the role
You’ll lead brand identity projects from kickoff through delivery β research, concepts, system design, brand guidelines. You’ll partner closely with strategy and account leads to translate brand thinking into visual systems that hold up across every touchpoint.
What you’ll do
- Own brand identity projects end-to-end for clients across India, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia
- Design logos, type systems, color systems, illustration languages and brand guidelines
- Present work to clients and incorporate feedback gracefully
- Mentor junior designers β review their work, set the quality bar
- Stay sharp on what’s happening in branding globally
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years designing brand identities in an agency or in-house
- Strong portfolio β show us identity systems, not one-off logos
- Confident with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
- Type-obsessed, color-confident, system-thinker
- Comfortable presenting work and defending decisions
Nice to have
- Background in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Experience designing for Arabic / Malayalam type systems
- Motion design fundamentals
